Abstract: There is a strong brief needed to prove Azolla spp as livestock feed. As we all know that Azolla spp is a water fern and doesn't look good. But as far research has been done that it proved nutritious than most of feed, we all know with fewer amounts of feed. Azolla spp are easily growable in any water body made it cheap and available. In countries like Indonesia, Thailand and more eastern Asia are consuming it in their meals (used for human consumption in some areas). It's nutritional and availability makes it cheap to produce and use by a marginal farmer in our nation as a cattle feed as farmers need awareness to this green gold of Azolla spp, we as agricultural graduates and agricultural publishers should make the things done. For every 7 to 8days we can harvest Azolla, if we cultivate it in our land. It can be easily cultivated by farmers and it should be revived every 6 months
